Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end business development projects, from market research to execution.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in Bali’s financial services sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand Erajaya’s market presence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business goals with operational capabilities.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and regulators.
- Monitor project performance and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
- Drive innovation by proposing new products or service enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services.
- Proven track record of successfully leading expansion projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel across Bali as needed.
