Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients, including Japanese and international businesses in Bali and beyond.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including loan structuring, trade finance, and treasury solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessments to evaluate client eligibility and risk exposure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, compliance, and product specialists) to ensure seamless execution of banking transactions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and senior management.
- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to provide strategic financial advice to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on capital structure optimization, liquidity management, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CFA/CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or commercial lending, preferably with exposure to Japanese or multinational clients.
- Strong understanding of corporate financial products, including loans, trade finance, FX, and cash management services.
- Proven ability to analyze financial statements, assess credit risk, and develop client-specific financial solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Japanese language proficiency is highly advantageous).
- Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in Indonesia and/or Southeast Asia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
