Responsibility
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing tailored wealth management solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses, including risk assessment, investment strategies, and retirement planning.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews, market updates, and personalized financial advice.
- Collaborate with AIAâs team of financial experts to design and implement customized insurance and investment plans.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial products to provide informed recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to AIAâs ethical standards and compliance guidelines.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and optimize performance.
- Participate in networking events, seminars, and workshops to expand your client base and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in wealth management, financial planning, or insurance sales (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of investment products, retirement planning, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC, or local financial advisory licenses) are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are advantageous.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software, financial planning tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
