Responsibility

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing tailored wealth management solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses, including risk assessment, investment strategies, and retirement planning.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews, market updates, and personalized financial advice.
  • Collaborate with AIA’s team of financial experts to design and implement customized insurance and investment plans.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial products to provide informed recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to AIA’s ethical standards and compliance guidelines.
  • Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and optimize performance.
  • Participate in networking events, seminars, and workshops to expand your client base and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in wealth management, financial planning, or insurance sales (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of investment products, retirement planning, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC, or local financial advisory licenses) are a plus.
