Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain and organize office files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Handle office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of office events and activities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Admin Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
