Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate customer databases and CRM systems to support marketing and sales activities.
  • Prepare and distribute professional proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients and partners.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and track promotional campaigns, ensuring timely execution.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends for management review.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing marketing materials, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing administration, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
