Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
