Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and facility coordination.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and record-keeping with high accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff and teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
- Monitor and order office supplies, equipment, and inventory to maintain optimal workflow.
- Assist in HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support financial processes, such as expense tracking, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in office administration, executive support, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or HR software is advantageous.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
