Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and facility coordination.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and record-keeping with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff and teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, equipment, and inventory to maintain optimal workflow.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support financial processes, such as expense tracking, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in office administration, executive support, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting or HR software is advantageous.
