Responsibility

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Coordinate corporate services, including office logistics, vendor management, and facility oversight.
  • Assist in planning and executing CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives, including community engagement and sustainability programs.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
  • Prior experience in an MNC or automotive industry is advantageous.
