Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Coordinate corporate services, including office logistics, vendor management, and facility oversight.
- Assist in planning and executing CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives, including community engagement and sustainability programs.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
- Prior experience in an MNC or automotive industry is advantageous.
