Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk.
- Manage office administrative tasks including document filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Assist department managers and staff with ad hoc projects and operational support.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules, manage office supplies inventory, and handle courier logistics.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office reception area.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a reception or administrative assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
