As part of our Real Estate & General Affairs (RE & GA) team, you will ensure the seamless operation of all supporting systems while actively contributing to the procurement processes for departmental needs.

Based in Bali’s most vibrant areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in real estate operations.

Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive land and property surveys to determine boundaries, dimensions, and legal compliance.
- Prepare detailed topographic maps, site plans, and legal documents for property acquisitions and development projects.
- Collaborate with legal, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate land use planning and zoning adherence.
- Assess property values and provide feasibility reports for potential real estate investments.
- Manage and update geospatial databases and digital mapping systems for internal use.
- Coordinate with government agencies to secure permits, licenses, and certifications for property transactions.
- Support the procurement process by identifying and evaluating suppliers for departmental needs.
- Ensure all real estate activities comply with local regulations, environmental laws, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate surveying, land development, or property management.
- Proficiency in GPS, GIS, AutoCAD, and other surveying software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian land laws, zoning regulations, and property rights.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with Bali’s real estate market is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to various sites across Bali as required.
