Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities in Bali’s real estate sector.
- Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of potential investment projects, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local developers, investors, and government agencies to facilitate deal execution.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on market trends, investment feasibility, and strategic recommendations.
- Support the due diligence process for acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze industry developments, economic indicators, and policy changes that may impact business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Legal, Finance, Project Management) to streamline deal closures and project launches.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and stakeholder meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, RICS) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, investment analysis, or real estate advisory, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment appraisals for real estate projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Familiarity with local real estate regulations, zoning laws, and investment incentives in Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (e.g., Argus, Bloomberg).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
