Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants for commercial properties.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities, rental trends, and competitor benchmarking.
- Manage tenant relationships, including negotiations, lease renewals, and conflict resolution to ensure high occupancy and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with property management teams to ensure seamless tenant move-ins, fit-outs, and operational support.
- Prepare and present leasing reports, financial projections, and occupancy forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials for leasing campaigns.
- Liaise with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance with lease agreements, local regulations, and financial targets.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and site visits to build relationships with brokers, retailers, and investors.
Qualifications
- A Bachelorâs degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or commercial real estate, preferably in retail or mixed-use developments.
- Proven track record in tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and portfolio management.
- Strong analytical, financial, and market research skills with proficiency in Excel and property management software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian real estate laws, zoning regulations, and leasing practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
