Responsibility
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment logs.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Collaborate with property management teams to improve operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and CMMS software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Certification in safety or facilities management is a plus.
