Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison between tenants and property ownership, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage tenant leases, including renewals, terminations, and rent collections, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures to enhance tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
- Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial status to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to property management and tenant rights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of tenant relations and property operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
