Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports related to facilities management.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of facilities staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Implement sustainable practices and energy-efficient solutions to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to address facilities-related concerns and enhance overall satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
