This is a high-impact role for a results-driven leader passionate about real estate, client relationships, and team development. You’ll oversee a portfolio of premium residential and commercial properties, leveraging your expertise to exceed sales targets, mentor top performers, and expand our market presence in Bali’s competitive real estate landscape.

Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for luxury properties in Bali.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns tailored to local and international buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, developers, and industry partners to expand the company’s network.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and contract closings with professionalism and integrity, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings, digital content, and advertising materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in real estate transactions, including local regulations in Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably in luxury or international markets).
  • Strong understanding of Bali’s real estate market, including trends, pricing, and buyer demographics.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
  • Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one in Indonesia (if applicable).
  • Experience working with expatriate clients or international investors is highly advantageous.
