Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for luxury properties in Bali.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns tailored to local and international buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, developers, and industry partners to expand the company’s network.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and contract closings with professionalism and integrity, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings, digital content, and advertising materials.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in real estate transactions, including local regulations in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 5+ years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably in luxury or international markets).
- Strong understanding of Bali’s real estate market, including trends, pricing, and buyer demographics.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with a client-centric approach.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one in Indonesia (if applicable).
- Experience working with expatriate clients or international investors is highly advantageous.
