Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for heavy machinery and equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including contractors, construction firms, and agricultural businesses.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our machinery.
- Collaborate with the service and maintenance teams to ensure seamless after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend product improvements or new offerings.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and lease agreements while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the Kinhock Traktor brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical fields, or equivalent experience in heavy equipment sales.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in heavy machinery, construction equipment, or industrial products.
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy machinery, including excavators, tractors, loaders, and related equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and specifications to address customer inquiries effectively.
