This contract position provides the flexibility to work across multiple Bali locations while benefiting from our global real estate network. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in luxury property sales and team leadership, with a passion for Bali's unique real estate market.
Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 real estate agents across Bali locations
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities in Bali's luxury property sector
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth international clients
- Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and contract closings
- Organize exclusive property showcases and VIP client events
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling property listings
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching for improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in real estate sales, with 1+ year in leadership
- Proven track record of selling luxury properties (IDR 5B+ range)
- Strong network of international property buyers preferred
- Excellent command of English (additional languages a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid Indonesian real estate license or willingness to obtain
- Deep knowledge of Bali's property market and legal requirements
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
