Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio of local and international buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings, market analyses, and negotiations to close high-value real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling listings (photos, videos, virtual tours) for luxury properties.
- Stay updated on Baliâs real estate trends, zoning laws, and investment opportunities to provide expert advice.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with developers, architects, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Prepare and present purchase/sale agreements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian property regulations.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and open houses to expand your professional network.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and real estate platforms is advantageous.
- Deep knowledge of Baliâs property market or willingness to undergo intensive training.
- Valid Indonesian work permit (KITAS) or eligibility to obtain one.
- Professional appearance, cultural sensitivity, and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
