Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of industrial properties, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs with vendors.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize property occupancy and revenue.
- Prepare and present reports on property performance, financials, and market trends to senior management.
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure all property documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
- Liaise with government agencies and local authorities to ensure compliance with zoning and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of property laws, lease agreements, and financial management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants and stakeholders.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s real estate market and regulatory landscape is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
