Responsibility
- Develop and execute the 52-Week Engineering Calendar, ensuring all scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs are completed on time.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components, to identify and address potential issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance and repair projects.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building systems and equipment.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for auditing and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
