Responsibility

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for property units.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values in Bali.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Participate in networking events, property exhibitions, and industry conferences to generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
