Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for property units.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values in Bali.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation in a timely manner.
- Participate in networking events, property exhibitions, and industry conferences to generate leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- Knowledge of the Bali real estate market is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali.
