Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the mall, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and service providers to maintain high standards of facility management.
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and tenant communications to foster positive relationships.
- Handle financial documentation, including invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reports.
- Assist in event planning and promotional activities to enhance mall visibility and tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of mall operations, including incident reports, maintenance logs, and occupancy data.
- Liaise with security and maintenance teams to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.
- Support the operations manager in strategic planning and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in retail or property management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and vendor interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards in property management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
