Responsibility

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the mall, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and service providers to maintain high standards of facility management.
  • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and tenant communications to foster positive relationships.
  • Handle financial documentation, including invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reports.
  • Assist in event planning and promotional activities to enhance mall visibility and tenant satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of mall operations, including incident reports, maintenance logs, and occupancy data.
  • Liaise with security and maintenance teams to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.
  • Support the operations manager in strategic planning and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in retail or property management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and vendor interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards in property management is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
