Responsibility
- Conduct property viewings and present features and benefits to potential buyers or tenants.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the company.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations in Bali’s real estate sector.
- Prepare and present market analysis reports to clients to guide their decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
- Follow up with leads and past clients to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
- Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving targets.
- Familiarity with Bali’s real estate market is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a client-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., CRM software, email, spreadsheets).
