Responsibility
- Conduct property viewings and present real estate listings to potential buyers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, including expatriates, investors, and local buyers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings in Baliās key areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to maximize earnings through commissions.
- Attend industry events, open houses, and networking functions to expand your client base.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (real estate, retail, or B2B preferred) with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Baliās real estate market or willingness to learn quickly.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel across Baliās key locations.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer skills (CRM software, email, spreadsheets) are advantageous.
