Responsibility

  • Conduct property viewings and present real estate listings to potential buyers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, including expatriates, investors, and local buyers.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings in Bali’s key areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to maximize earnings through commissions.
  • Attend industry events, open houses, and networking functions to expand your client base.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (real estate, retail, or B2B preferred) with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s real estate market or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali’s key locations.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM software, email, spreadsheets) are advantageous.
