Responsibility
- Identify and engage with potential buyers (local and international) to sell landed houses, luxury apartments, and commercial properties in Baliās prime locations.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales efficiently and professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulatory changes affecting Baliās real estate sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and effective follow-up strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all clients.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, contracts, and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a related field (prior experience in Baliās market is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- In-depth knowledge of Baliās real estate market, including trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
