Responsibility

  • Identify and engage with potential buyers (local and international) to sell landed houses, luxury apartments, and commercial properties in Bali’s prime locations.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales efficiently and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulatory changes affecting Bali’s real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and effective follow-up strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all clients.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, contracts, and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a related field (prior experience in Bali’s market is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bali’s real estate market, including trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
