Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the leasing process for residential and commercial properties across multiple locations in Bali.
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve high occupancy rates and maximize revenue.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive rental rates and lease terms.
- Negotiate lease agreements with tenants and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and financial performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve leasing processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing management, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants and property owners.
- Proven track record of achieving high occupancy rates and maximizing revenue through effective leasing strategies.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations in Bali.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
