Responsibility
- Manage and organize property-related documentation, including leases, contracts, and client records.
- Coordinate appointments, site visits, and meetings for real estate agents and clients.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing professional and timely responses.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, listings, and property presentations.
- Maintain accurate databases of property listings, client details, and transaction histories.
- Liaise with legal, financial, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless property transactions.
- Process administrative tasks such as invoicing, expense reports, and payroll support.
- Support the team in event planning for open houses, client meetings, and property showcases.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology, processes, and local market trends is advantageous.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
