Responsibility
- Maintain and update corporate registers, statutory records, and compliance documents in accordance with local regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory returns, annual reports, and other regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate and schedule board meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes for approval.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including legal advisors, auditors, and government agencies, to ensure timely compliance.
- Support senior management with governance-related tasks, including shareholder communications and corporate secretarial duties.
- Monitor changes in corporate laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
- Assist in the organization of corporate events, such as AGMs, EGMs, and shareholder meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive corporate information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in corporate secretarial, compliance, or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements in Indonesia (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with corporate secretarial software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
