Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Centre, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist with financial administration tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports under supervision.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, with professionalism and efficiency to ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Support HR-related functions, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and coordinating training sessions.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports to support Centre activities and management decision-making.
- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and meetings, including venue booking, catering arrangements, and participant communications.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as local regulations, in all administrative and financial activities.
- Assist in the implementation of digital tools and systems to improve administrative efficiency and data management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles, preferably in a non-profit or educational setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and administrative data.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage.
