As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in encoding and analyzing transactions across FTS-PP (Farm-to-Store Production Planning), PTP (Procure-to-Pay), and OTC (Order-to-Cash) modules in SAP. Responsibility
- Encode and validate transactional data in SAP modules including FTS-PP, PTP, and OTC with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analyze encoded data to identify discrepancies, trends, or anomalies and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure timely processing of transactions to meet operational deadlines and business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Sales) to resolve data inconsistencies and improve workflows.
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and reconciliations in SAP.
- Generate reports and summaries from encoded data to support decision-making processes.
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and data security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
- Provide training or guidance to junior staff on SAP data entry best practices when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP data encoding, preferably in FTS-PP, PTP, or OTC modules.
- Proficient in SAP ERP systems with a strong understanding of transactional workflows.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is a plus.
- Prior experience in agribusiness, manufacturing, or logistics sectors is advantageous.
