Responsibility
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, converting leads into confirmed hotel bookings.
- Provide detailed information about room types, amenities, rates, and promotions to potential guests, tailoring recommendations to their needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and revenue management teams to optimize pricing strategies and promotional offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to secure repeat business.
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure a seamless booking experience.
- Upsell premium services such as spa treatments, dining experiences, and event spaces to maximize revenue per booking.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify opportunities for increasing occupancy and revenue.
- Provide exceptional post-booking support, including handling special requests and resolving any concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in a hotel or travel-related industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clientele.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and booking platforms (e.g., Opera PMS, Amadeus, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple inquiries simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Baliās hospitality market and tourism trends is a plus.
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
