Responsibility
- Operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, move, and stack materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform inbound and outbound logistics activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper equipment handling, PPE usage, and warehouse traffic rules.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to optimize workflow and prevent hazards.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Inspect equipment before and after shifts, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating reach trucks or similar warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
- Proven ability to read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, and inventory lists.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and recording data.
- Physical fitness to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems (WMS) or data entry.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards (OSHA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
