Responsibility
- Accurately pack and label products according to company standards and customer orders.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging to ensure quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Operate packaging machinery and tools efficiently and safely.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Follow e-commerce packaging guidelines to minimize shipping damages and returns.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in packaging, warehousing, or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and order fulfillment processes.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
