Responsibility
- Operate reach trucks and forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the training of new team members on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Participate in regular safety meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- At least 2 years of experience operating forklifts and reach trucks.
- Valid forklift and reach truck operator certification.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects as required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
