Responsibility
- Collaborate with the ChanDev HQ team to develop and implement strategies for identifying and securing new retail channels.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify high-potential locations for new store openings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including real estate, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth store launches.
- Oversee the evaluation and negotiation of lease agreements and other contractual obligations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of new stores, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of support coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail development, real estate, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in identifying and securing new retail locations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with retail management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
