Responsibility
- Perform X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and other diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures, explaining processes clearly to reduce anxiety.
- Operate and maintain radiology equipment, troubleshooting issues and reporting malfunctions promptly.
- Follow radiation safety standards (ALARA principles) to protect patients, staff, and self.
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to produce high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.
- Maintain detailed patient records and ensure proper documentation of imaging results.
- Assist in emergency imaging procedures as needed, prioritizing critical cases.
- Stay updated on advancements in radiologic technology and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent certification.
- Valid license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may be considered).
- Proficiency in operating X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound machines.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts (reliever role).
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality (HIPAA/ethical standards).
