Responsibility
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Follow strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and yourself from unnecessary exposure.
- Capture high-quality diagnostic images and ensure they are properly labeled, stored, and transmitted to radiologists for interpretation.
- Assist radiologists and physicians in analyzing images and providing preliminary findings when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot technical issues, coordinating with maintenance teams as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiologic technology and techniques through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification as a Radiologic Technologist (local or international, with eligibility for Indonesian certification).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or diagnostic imaging center.
- Proficiency in operating radiologic equipment, including X-ray, CT, and MRI machines.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety principles, patient care techniques, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, physicians, and team members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
