Responsibility
- Design and implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans for children with developmental or behavioral challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and educators to ensure consistent progress across home, school, and community settings.
- Monitor and document client progress using data-driven methods, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions in a variety of settings (e.g., clinics, homes, schools).
- Educate families and stakeholders on behavioral strategies to support long-term development.
- Stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy through continuous professional development.
- Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- Certification in ABA (BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT) or equivalent experience in behavioral therapy.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with children with autism, ADHD, or other developmental disorders.
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessment tools (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
