Responsibility
- Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care to patients.
- Manage patient registration and front desk operations, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors.
- Maintain accurate records of medication inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and clinic policies.
- Assist in cashier duties, including processing payments and managing financial transactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Participate in continuous training and development to stay updated on pharmaceutical practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Valid certification as an Assistant Pharmacist or relevant qualification.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and basic computer applications.
