Responsibility
- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and other radiologic exams, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and proper use of imaging equipment to obtain clear and precise images.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of radiologic equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results and provide preliminary findings when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records, including imaging results, exposure data, and patient history.
- Provide compassionate patient care, including explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring comfort during imaging sessions.
- Assist with clinic administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining inventory of medical supplies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiography techniques, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid Radiographer license or certification recognized in Indonesia (e.g., from the Indonesian Radiographer Association).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting, with hands-on experience in operating radiologic equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of X-ray machines, CT scanners, MRI equipment, and other diagnostic imaging tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, doctors, and clinic staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support the clinic’s 24-hour operations.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for managing digital imaging systems and electronic health records (EHR).
