Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the healthcare center, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement care programs tailored to residents with dementia and AAC needs.
- Lead, mentor, and train staff to maintain high-quality care and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize facility performance.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure holistic resident care plans.
- Monitor and improve resident satisfaction through feedback and program adjustments.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Represent the center in community outreach and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing healthcare facilities, preferably in dementia/AAC settings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on resident-centered care.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (visa sponsorship available).
