Responsibility
- Conduct pre-checkup screenings, including vital signs, medical history reviews, and patient preparation for diagnostic tests.
- Assist physicians during medical examinations, ensuring all procedures are performed safely and efficiently.
- Administer vaccinations, blood draws, and specimen collections in compliance with clinical protocols.
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and follow-up care based on check-up results.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic health systems (EHR).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized healthcare plans for each patient.
- Ensure infection control standards are upheld in all clinical areas.
- Provide emergency first aid and stabilize patients in case of adverse reactions during check-ups.
Qualifications
- Active nursing license (STR) from the Indonesian Nursing Council (PPNI).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in medical check-ups, outpatient care, or preventive health services.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (verbal and written) to serve international patients.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, diagnostic procedures, and health assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse patient groups.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under fast-paced clinical settings.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and basic computer literacy.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) is a plus.
