Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and medical documentation
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and safety standards
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs
- Provide emergency care and first aid when required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (D3/S1 Keperawatan)
- Valid nursing license (STR) from Indonesian Nursing Council
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in hospital or clinic settings
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for medical documentation
- BLS/ACLS certification is a plus
