Responsibility

  • Greet and assist patients with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using clinic management software.
  • Handle patient registration, medical records, and billing processes with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and waiting room.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage financial transactions with precision.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management for front desk supplies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with dental practice management software.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
