Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using clinic management software.
- Handle patient registration, medical records, and billing processes with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and waiting room.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage financial transactions with precision.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management for front desk supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with dental practice management software.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
