Responsibility
- Conduct regular health screenings, assessments, and first aid for employees to ensure early detection and prevention of health issues.
- Develop and implement corporate wellness programs, including health education, vaccination drives, and mental health initiatives.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with ESH (Environmental, Safety, and Health) policies and local/regional health regulations.
- Respond to workplace medical emergencies with professionalism and efficiency, providing immediate care and coordinating with external healthcare providers when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, ensuring data privacy and adherence to legal requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and management to assess workplace hazards and recommend ergonomic or health-related improvements.
- Organize and lead health and safety training sessions for employees, including CPR, fire safety, and infectious disease prevention.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and external healthcare services, facilitating referrals and follow-ups as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S.Kep) with a valid Indonesian nursing license (STR).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, or a similar role.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards or local equivalents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in medical record-keeping and familiar with digital health management systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure in emergency situations.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
