As a Programme Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting program operations, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, and driving efficiency in healthcare service delivery. Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of healthcare programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on program progress and outcomes.
- Support the development of training materials and conduct workshops for program participants.
- Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Identify opportunities for program improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or healthcare management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
