Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely, ensuring compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations.
- Provide expert advice to customers on medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions in a clear and professional manner.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and rotating medications to prevent shortages or expirations.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash and digital payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, including controlled substance logs and pharmacy audits, in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to verify prescriptions and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Train and supervise pharmacy support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical trends, new medications, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution; licensed to practice in Indonesia (or eligible for local registration).
- Proven experience in retail pharmacy operations is a plus, but fresh graduates with strong foundational knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional fluency in Indonesian or other languages is a bonus).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of local pharmaceutical laws, ethics, and HIPAA/GDPR equivalents in Indonesia.
