Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed for optimal recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with industry trends by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Provide exceptional patient care with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical practice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experienced candidates will be prioritized for senior roles.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
