Responsibility
- Promote and sell medical laboratory equipment, diagnostic reagents, and supplies to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, lab technicians, and procurement officers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our medical products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to effectively position our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related healthcare sales role.
- Strong understanding of medical laboratory equipment, diagnostic reagents, and supplies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
